Southill Community Energy is a community benefit society (the “Society”). It was registered with the Financial Conduct Authority under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society act 2014 on 16 November 2015 (Registered Society no. 7242).

Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site. This includes posting material or requesting further information.

to provide you with updates, for example, our newsletter or information about our AGM or financial performance reports, if you chose to receive them;
to enable the administration of the Society if you are a member or bondholder;

to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.

we use a third-party service (The Rocket Science Group LLC (Mailchimp)) to manage our mailing list and send newsletters;
we have appointed Sharenergy, a Registered Society (Co-operative No. 31237R), to support us in the daily and annual administration of the Society (applicable only if you are a member or bondholder).

We adopt security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage. Please help us keep our records updated by informing us of any changes to your e-mail address and other contact details.
